We work with manufacturers that operate under quality management systems accepted in the medical equipment field. Before a model enters our catalog, we check:

• Availability of spare parts and consumables throughout the product's life
• Technical documentation: operating instructions, specifications and warranty terms
• Our own and our customers' experience with the manufacturer

Documentation and approvals

For each model, on request and as far as the manufacturer provides them, we can supply quality and conformity documents, technical specifications, a catalog and operating instructions. Regulatory approvals and registrations vary by equipment type and intended use. Before you buy, we will check what applies to the model you are interested in.

Inspection before delivery

Equipment that requires installation is started up and tested on site by our technician, together with your team. Before each shipment we check that the item, its accessories and its documentation are complete.

After the purchase

We continue to support the equipment with warranty, technical service and spare parts.
