Delivery from one day to the next

Most of our equipment and consumables are in stock in our warehouse in Israel, so we can deliver them quickly.

Delivery times

• Items in stock: an order confirmed on a business day usually ships the same day or the next business day
• Heavy equipment, equipment that requires installation, and delivery to remote areas: the delivery date is agreed with you in advance and stated in the price quote
• Items specially ordered from the manufacturer: the estimated delivery time is given before the order is confirmed

How to order

You can order on the website, request a price quote, or contact us by phone or email. Once the order is confirmed, we will tell you the shipping date and, if needed, agree on the arrival time in advance.

Receiving the shipment

Please check the packaging and contents on receipt. If anything is damaged or missing, take a photo and let us know as soon as possible, and we will take care of it.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost, if any, appears in the price quote or when you order, before you confirm.
